Compare ZIP codes
Two or three ZIP codes side by side — people, housing, climate and civic facts on one screen.
What's compared
Each column is a US ZIP code; each row is one fact from our sourced database: population, density and land area (Census), median household and per-capita income, home values and rent (American Community Survey 2019–2023 five-year estimates, ZCTA geography), a climate summary from the nearest NOAA 1991–2020 normals station, plus time zone, telephone area codes, county and congressional district. A second table section compares places mapped in OpenStreetMap — schools, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, EV charging and more — community-mapped counts, so treat them as at-least figures.
Some values are Census "top-codes" — an income shown as $250,000+ means the true median is at or above the cap the Census Bureau publishes, not exactly that number. ZIP codes that are PO-box-only or very new may have no Census estimates at all; those cells show a dash rather than a guess.
